Svalner Atlas in Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to become a key part of our growing team in Copenhagen. This is a multifaceted position perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks in combination with a chance to contribute to our brand’s public presence in Denmark.

What you will do
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth daily operation of our Copenhagen office. You will be responsible for a wide range of essential tasks, including:
• Office administration: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel booking, handling the purchase of office supplies and support with administrative tasks
• Compliance support and file management: Handling our KYC administrative process and assisting with document formatting and management
• Social Media & Web: Updating our website, intranet, and managing our social media channels
• Event support: Assisting with planning and execution of local events

You are a detail-oriented, reliable, service-minded, and positive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are a natural problem solver who can manage multiple tasks with ease and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be fluent in written and spoken Danish and possess a high level of English proficiency.
